CHRIS WEITZ (director New Moon 2009): "Robert is very modest as an actor and somewhat ‘sheepish’ so he pretends that he doesn't know what he’s doing and often says that at the end of the tape and that is not true at all. Tremendously thoughtful about what he’s doing and that is really something if you’re playing a 109 year old vampire. There is every reason not to take it seriously and to look at it as fun and games. One never gets that sense with Rob."
